The native Field Rose (Rosa arvensis) is a scrambling, trailing shrub perfect for naturalizing in woodland edges and mixed native hedges. It features pure white, lightly scented single flowers in mid-summer, which later turn into small red hips. Highly shade-tolerant, it weaves beautifully through other hedging plants, offering essential nectar for pollinators and nesting cover for birds.
