Grey Willow is a hardy native shrub, well suited to wet ground, woodland edges and habitat creation projects. Its soft grey green foliage and early spring catkins provide valuable pollen for bees and other pollinating insects when few other species are in flower. Thriving in damp soils and sunny or partially shaded locations, Grey Willow is an excellent choice for improving biodiversity and creating diverse native planting schemes.
Grey Willow establishes quickly in moist or poorly drained soils and performs well in woodland, wetland and conservation planting. Keep weeds under control while plants establish and water during prolonged dry periods where required. Once established, it requires little maintenance, although occasional pruning during the dormant season can help maintain shape and encourage healthy new growth.
Standard delivery 5-10 working days. Charges are calculated at checkout, delivery is made via pallet network. Collection is also welcomed from St. Agnes, please select this option at checkout.
