Douglas Fir is a fast growing evergreen conifer, valued for its timber quality, height potential and adaptability. Its soft green foliage, distinctive cones and attractive form make it a popular choice for forestry, woodland creation and larger landscape schemes. Performing best on fertile, well drained soils with good moisture availability, Douglas Fir provides valuable shelter and long term habitat benefits.
Plant Douglas Fir into well prepared ground with effective weed control during establishment. Water during prolonged dry periods, particularly while young trees develop their root systems. Suitable for forestry, woodland creation and shelter planting, it requires minimal maintenance once established beyond removing damaged growth where required.
Standard delivery 5-10 working days. Charges are calculated at checkout, delivery is made via pallet network. Collection is also welcomed from St. Agnes, please select this option at checkout.
