Holly is an evergreen native tree that provides year round colour, structure and valuable wildlife habitat. Its glossy green foliage offers excellent shelter for nesting birds, while female plants produce bright red berries that provide an important winter food source. Holly grows well in most soil types and is suited to woodland planting, native hedgerows and landscape schemes. It performs well in both full sun and shaded locations.
Plant Holly in well prepared ground and keep weeds under control while plants establish. Water during prolonged dry periods in the first growing season to encourage healthy root development. Holly responds well to light pruning where shaping is required and is ideal for native hedgerows, woodland planting and screening. Once established, it requires very little ongoing maintenance.
Standard delivery 5-10 working days. Charges are calculated at checkout, delivery is made via pallet network. Collection is also welcomed from St. Agnes, please select this option at checkout.
